An Avondale man is able to walk without pain thanks to a new robotic surgery technique, which he was the first in Arizona to undergo June 16.
About five years ago, Freddy Ramos, 61, was in an accident while working as a maintenance supervisor at Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale.

The brakes went out on the grader he was driving and the vehicle was totaled. Ramos was able to jump off before it crashed, but his back was still injured.0am
